Nifty Aug F: 16559 [ 16588 / 16462 ]
NF opened below the yPOC of 16516 and continued to probe lower as it tested the Trend Day VWAP of 16466 while making a low of 16462 in the ‘A’ period taking support just above the PBL (Pull Back Low) of 16455 indicating that the buyers were still present in this zone. The auction then got accepted above 16516 & made a slow probe higher for the rest of the day almost completing the 2 IB objective of 16598 as it hit 16588 in the ‘L’ period and made a quick retracement back to the dPOC of 16554 into the close leaving a Normal Variation profile with overlapping to higher Value.

BankNifty Aug F: 36140 [ 36296 / 36071 ]
BNF opened the day a bit lower and made the first probe to the downside as it took support just above Friday’s IBL (Initial Balance Low) of 35057 while making a low of 36071 and gave a swift bounce higher as it not only swiped through the previous Value but also scaled above the similar highs of Friday tagging 36296 and all this happened in an action packed first 5 minutes of the day. The auction however rejected the move above PDH (Previous Day High) as it left a small selling tail in the IB and remained in the 225 points all day forming one of the narrowest daily range for the year 2021 with a prominent POC at 36174. Value for the day was completely inside and the Neutral Centre followed by a Normal Day has given a perfect Gaussian Profile on a 2-day composite with Value at 36118-36149-36219 with a very good chance of giving way to an imbalance in the coming session(s).
