NF opened lower and made an attempt to probe above the prominent POC of 15881 but was rejected as it left a small but important selling tail in the IB (Initial Balance) from 15868 to 15885 indicating that the PLR (Path of Least Resistance) for the day was to the downside and went on to confirm a multi-day FA (Failed Auction) at PDH (Previous Day High) as it continued to probe lower making multiple REs (Range Extension) till the ‘G’ period completing the 2 IB objective of 15777. The auction then gave a bounce back to 15848 as it left similar highs in the ‘K’ & ‘L’ periods suggesting exhaustion in the move up and led to a spike lower into the close as it made new lows for the day at 15766 forming a ‘b’ shape long liquidation profile for the day with completely lower Value. Today’s VWAP of 15816 would be the immediate reference for the next open along with the selling tail staying below which NF could continue to probe lower towards the VPOCs of 15728 & 15548 over the next few sessions.

BNF opened lower but took support at that negated VPOC of 35164 as it made a low of 35145 in the opening minutes and gave a sharp bounce for the rest of the ‘A’ period scaling above the yPOC of 35327 and even made a look up above PDH (Previous Day High) to hit new highs for the week at 35464 but the fact that it could not take out the selling tail reference of 35402 to 35475 completely indicated that the supply was stacking up in this zone. The auction confirmed a small selling tail at top at the end of the IB (Initial Balance) which changed the bias for the day to the downside as it remained below VWAP all day and went on to form a ‘b’ shape long liquidation profile with lows of 35005 along with the dPOC also shifting lower to 35109 which will be the reference for the next open.
