Nifty Apr F: 17204 [ 17229 / 17068 ]
NF made it a hat-trick of opening with a 150+ point gap but this time it was to the upside as it continued to probe higher in the IB (Initial Balance) tagging 17193 leaving a narrow range of just 87 points along with a buying tail from 17158 to 17106.
However, the failure to extend further lead to a slow probe lower as the auction began to coil in a narrower range of just 50 points till the G period before it made a swipe down in the H TPO mkaing a RE (Range Extension) to 17068 but stalled just above the 1.5 IB objective of 17063 and then confirmed a small responsive buying tail to get back into the IB and the balance it was forming till the K period.
NF then gave a spike higher in the L & M TPOs as it tagged the 22nd Apr VPOC of 17221 confirming a FA at lows along with a Neutral Extreme Day Up with completely higher Value and the zone to watch for the next open would be from 17193 to 17229 with today’s VWAP of 17154 being the important reference for the PLR to remain to the upside for the coming session(s).

BankNifty Apr F: 36455 [ 36629 / 36287 ]
BNF also opened with a big gap for the third consecutive day & similar to NF, it was on the upside right in the selling singles of 36487 to 36700 from 22nd Apr as it first stalled at 36597 in the IB where it made an uncharacteristic narrow range of just 138 points after which it made couple of attempts in the E & F periods to make a RE higher but could only manage marginal new highs of 36605 & 36629.
The auction then got back into the IB and made a big RE to the downside in the H TPO confirming a FA (Failed Auction) at highs and completing the 2 IB objective of 36321 while making a low of 36309 stopping right at the 22nd Apr VWAP where it saw some short covering & demand coming back triggering a bounce to 36558 in the J period.
The inability to sustain above the day’s VWAP then led to another probe lower as BNF made fresh REs in the K & L periods making lower lows of 36297 & 36287 but for the third time in the day saw some demand coming in this zone which ensured a bounce back to 36509 and a close at 36455 leaving a Neutral Centre Day with completely higher Value & a prominent POC at 36498 which will be the opening reference for the next session.
