Nifty Sep F: 16647 [ 16701 / 16612 ]
NF opened slighty lower but got back into previous day’s Value in the IB (Initial Balance) and made the dreaded C side extension to hit 16701 stalling just below the yPOC of 16708 triggering a OTF (One Time Frame) probe lower over the next 5 periods as it made a low of 16612 in the ‘H’ period confirming yet another FA (Failed Auction) at day’s high indicating lack of fresh demand before closing the day at the dPOC of 16649. Value was completely lower and with the rejection from the VPOC of 16708 plus with the previous FA of 16745 in play, the PLR (Path of Least Resistance) would be to the downside till these levels are not taken out by entry of fresh demand.

BNF also opened lower breaking below the 24th Aug Trend Day VWAP of 35658 but took support just above the extension handle of 35555 as it made a low of 35564 and left a buying tail in the IB indicating that this zone was still being defended after which it made a narrow range ‘p’ shape profile for the day marking similar highs of 35879 & 35875 in the ‘F’ & ‘J’ periods stalling below previous day’s PBH of 35923 and closed around the day’s prominent POC of 35743. Both Value & the POC were mostly overlapping leaving a nice 2-day 3-1-3 profile at 35686-35744-35821 hence giving a good chance of the auction mosing away from here in the coming session(s).
