Nifty Oct F: 18314 [ 18350 / 18108 ]
NF opened the day with a move away from the composite POC of 18164 to the upside as it scaled above PDH (Previous Day High) in the A period and went on to test the 22nd Oct SOC (Scene Of Crime) of 18266 in the B TPO where it made a high of 18285 but left a small responsive selling tail as the IB (Initial Balance) got over indicating that the supply was back and this led to a downside probe over the next 3 periods as the auction made couple of REs (Range Extension) in the D & E periods and tagged the yVWAP of 18117 while making a low of 18108 and left a responsive buying tail at lows indicating return of demand in this zone. NF then formed a balance below the days VWAP for a while before making a definite move above it in the I period leaving a SOC (Scene Of Crime) at 18199 and starting a fresh OTF (One Time Frame) move higher for the rest of the day as the dPOC also shifted to 18257 before giving a spike into the close from 18285 to 18350 resulting in a Neutral Extreme Day Up. The NeuX zone will be on watch in the next open for acceptance or rejection for the next move away.

As expected, the huge range & imbalance of previous day led to an inside bar being formed in BNF as started with a relatively narrow range IB of 273 points taking support at yVWAP while making a low of 41151 but went on to make multiple REs (Range Extension) lower completing the 2 IB objective of 40879 and testing yesterday’s extension handle of 40896 and getting rejected to get back to almost tagging the IBH into the close as it shifted the dPOC also higher to 41388.
