Previous month’s report ended with this ‘September’s monthly profile is a Neutral Extreme one to the downside with completely higher Value at 17332-17643-18088 but has left a selling extension handle at 17429 with a zone of selling singles till 17187 which will be the first zone of supply to watch out for in the coming month with the daily buying extension handles of 17005 & 16851 being the downside levels that would need to hold
- Nifty opened the month with an initiative buying tail from 16950 to 16855 as it confirmed a weekly FA at lows and probed higher leaving another zone of singles from 17348 to 17421 helping it to negate the selling extension handle of 17429 from September and continue higher as it went on to climb above the monthly POC of 17643 with the help of a fresh buying extension handle at 17607 spiking higher into the close from 17811 to 18022 recording the highest even monthly close of 18012. The monthly profile is a Trend Up one though the range was completely inside September’s huge range of 1348 points with Value mostly lower at 16870-17260-17458 but has closed in an imbalance which can be expected to continue in the month of November towards Jan 2022 highs of 18350 and above that the ATH of 18604.

- BankNifty also opened the month with an initiative buying tail from 38473 to 37963 but formed a balance after it for the first couple of weeks building the POC at 38950 after which it gave 3 buying extension handles at 39608, 39974 & 40643 in the second half of the month to give a Trend Up profile inside September’s huge range of 4454 points with overlapping to lower Value at 38430-38950-40530 and this imbalance to the upside could continue provided it is able to take out the monthly selling tail of 41677 to 41840 in the coming month and give an initiative move away from the 5-day balance it made at the close.
