FIIs have added 4K short Index Futures, net 17K short Index CE, 16K long Index PE and 9K short Stocks Futures contracts this week besides liquidating 16K long Index Futures, 18K long Stocks Futures contracts and covering 12K short Index PE contracts. They were net buyers in equity segment for ₹1186 crore during the week.
Clients have added net 57K long Index CE and 15K long Stocks Futures contracts during the week while covering 11K short Index Futures and 4K short Stocks Futures contracts.
Nifty OCT has shed 12248 contracts this week. Banknifty OCT Open Interest came down by 4148 contracts during the week.
