FIIs have added 4K short Index Futures, net 18K long Index CE and 4K short Index PE contracts this week while liquidating 4K long Index Futures & 1K long Index PE contracts and reducing exposure in Stocks Futures. They were net sellers in equity segment for ₹1960 crore during the week.
Clients have added net 39K long Index PE and 17K long Stocks Futures contracts this week besides reducing exposure in Index Futures & Index CE and covering 4K short Stocks Futures contracts.
Nifty JUL Open Interest came down by 15741 contracts this week. Banknifty JUL shed 7309 contracts during the week.
