FIIs have added 12K long Index Futures, net 12K long Index CE, net 24K long Index PE and 26K short Stocks Futures contracts this week besides covering 2K short Index Futures contracts and liquidating 26K long Stocks Futures contracts. They have been net buyers in equity segment for ₹13019 crore during the week.
Clients have added 19K long Stocks Futures contracts this week while reducing exposure in Index Futures and Options.
Nifty NOV has shed 10570 contracts this week while DEC/JAN Open Interest has gone up by 13687 contracts. Banknifty NOV OI has gone down by 12967 contracts during the week with DEC/JAN Open Interest gaining 4921 contracts.
