FIIs have added 11K long Index Futures, net 8K long Index CE and net 8K short Stocks Futures contracts today while covering 15K short Index Futures contracts. They have been net sellers in equity segment for ₹916 crore.
Clients added net 4K long Index CE, net 17K long Index PE and 10K long Stocks Futures contracts today besides liquidating 18K long Index Futures and covering 19K short Stocks Futures contracts.
Nifty APR shed 22868 contracts today but only 11848 contracts were rolled over to MAY/JUN series. Banknifty APR shed 12535 contracts with 6722 contracts rolled over to MAY/JUN series.
